Barns
There are 3 barns with a total of 34 stalls. The largest center aisle barn has 18 stalls, 2 tack rooms, and a 14-ft concrete center aisle. An additional shed-row barn has 10 stalls with an adjacent tack room. A third center aisle barn has 6 stalls and a large tack room. Stalls are 12x12 with rubber stall mats, individual fans, and grated walls/fronts for ventilation. Grated walls have a privacy panel.
Paddocks
We have 21 paddocks available. Paddocks are fenced with 4-board or cable/band (Ramm) fencing to allow safe, private or semi-private exercise.
Arenas
The facility includes a 100 x 120 foot covered arena with dressage mirrors, stadium lighing, and TruTek/sand footing. We also have a 100 x 180 foot outdoor jumping arena with lighting and rubber/sand footing.
Other amenities
Large, climate-controlled tack/supplies storage room that has a washer and dryer for equestrian equipment
Three concrete wash racks, all with hot water and heat lamps
Climate-controlled lounge with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave adjacent to the covered arena
Clean, indoor climate-controlled bathroom adjacent to the covered arena
Primary caretaker lives on the premises and performs a stall check each night.
